Main Purpose

Service / To repair (Field TE support and training to customers, support in workshop repair, maintenance activities in the Field and Operating room installations.)

Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support to the workshop team.
2. Install, configure, and maintain technical equipment, systems, and software at client sites.
3. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of medical equipment, including reporting and database maintenance.
4. Diagnose technical issues, conduct repairs, and test equipment for proper functionality.
5. Analyze complex problems, develop solutions, and implement fixes under pressure.
6. Provide technical support and training to customers and other engineers/technicians.
7. Train and educate clients on KARL STORZ devices and services at their locations as per facility requirements.
8. Engage in continuous learning on health and safety, including documentation and training on workplace safety.
9. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with regulations.
