A leading company in veterinary diagnostics seeks a Field Support Representative to enhance customer relationships and provide training on IDEXX products. This field-based role requires a minimum of three years of veterinary clinic experience and fluency in Spanish and English. Join a respected team dedicated to innovation and customer success.
As a Field Support Representative, you will work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to develop strategies for maintaining and growing customer accounts through education and customer-centric activities. Your responsibilities include installing, onboarding, and training clinic staff on the optimal use of IDEXX products and services, as well as identifying additional customer needs and presenting solutions. You will assist with critical customer visits, providing onsite technical support when necessary.
This position is field-based, requiring daily visits to customers, with occasional adjustments to your schedule for industry events and tradeshows. You will work and travel from a home office, utilizing various programs to plan and strategize your customer visits, serving as an IDEXX Ambassador and trusted advisor.
