We are currently seeking a Field Service Engineer UPS to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

What responsibilities will you have?
  1. Respond professionally to all assigned service calls while on duty.
  2. Read, understand, and comply with all procedures in the Field Procedure Manual.
  3. Perform work safely, following company safety policies.
  4. Ensure spare parts are properly managed using established procedures.
  5. Keep the Dispatching Team informed of your schedule and job status.
  6. Maintain accurate customer listings and report errors.
  7. Submit weekly paperwork accurately and promptly; debrief performed jobs at customer premises.
  8. Keep company vehicle clean and maintained.
  9. Report and promote sales or service leads.
  10. Attend customer meetings as required.
  11. Serve as a key contact for customers during emergencies and troubleshooting.
  12. Be available to work weekends and nights in compliance with local laws.
  13. Collaborate with the supervisor on daily operational duties.
What are the keys to your success?
  1. Secondary school diploma or University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  2. Experience in technical service, especially with UPS equipment.
  3. Computer literacy, valid driving license, and willingness to travel and work weekends.
  4. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 30 kg), be a self-starter, and manage time effectively.
