We are seeking driven and enthusiastic technicians with backgrounds in Electric, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation, or experience in servicing industrial equipment or domestic appliances (e.g., TVs, washing machines). Candidates should believe they can contribute to our mission and enjoy working with other engineers and technicians.

You will work on the core components of an entirely new industrial laser system designed to help cork stopper producers worldwide accomplish their branding tasks easily. You will participate in its design, manufacturing, installation, and servicing alongside our engineers.

This role is suitable for individuals with a technical background, willing to travel domestically and internationally, and proficient in English or French. Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned technician, if you excel at your craft and are excited about our work, we want to hear from you.

Your main responsibilities include creating and maintaining excellent products for our customers, troubleshooting, collaborating with colleagues, and supporting customers in major wine-producing countries. You will integrate, install, and service equipment, provide user training, maintain help desk documentation, prioritize safety, and contribute to improving our laser systems' reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications include industry experience, fluency in English and/or French, willingness to travel, a driving license and personal vehicle for short trips, passion for troubleshooting, responsibility for product success, and practical experience with computers, PLCs, laser marking/engraving systems, vision systems, and Photoshop.
