Job Description

• Installation of machines, machine moves, and decommissions.
• Callouts and repairs at customer sites.
• Servicing and maintaining all company equipment.
• Troubleshooting issues remotely and on-site.
• Providing hotline support for customers.
• Participating in regular technical and commercial training and personal development.
• Traveling throughout Spain and Portugal 3 days per week.

Requirements

• At least 6-7 years of experience as a service technician.
• Suitable qualification, ideally a high school technical degree.
• Strong analytical troubleshooting skills, self-motivated, articulate, customer-focused, with good time management and a practical approach.
• Strong computer skills; experience with CAD or graphics software is an advantage.
• Native-level Spanish and mid-level English proficiency.
