Plant Supervision, une entreprise spécialisée dans la supervision technique, recherche un Technicien de Service sur le Terrain. Dans ce rôle dynamique, vous effectuerez des inspections et des installations de systèmes d'engrenages utilisés dans les secteurs du ciment et de l'exploitation minière. Le poste implique des déplacements internationaux fréquents et nécessite une expertise technique solide ainsi que des compétences en communication.

Formación

• Expérience confirmée dans les secteurs du ciment, de l'exploitation minière ou des industries lourdes.
• Volonté de voyager à l'international.
• Connaissance des techniques de maintenance prédictive et des systèmes de lubrification appréciée.

Responsabilidades

• Effectuer des installations, des inspections et des réparations de systèmes d'engrenages sur site.
• Préparer des rapports techniques détaillés et former les clients à l'utilisation de l'équipement.
• Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations de sécurité et les politiques du client.

Descripción del empleo

Location: Based in Spain (ideally Madrid remote work possible) | International travel required

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to independently carry out on-site inspections of gear systems used in the cement and mining industries . This is a dynamic role combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and international field service work.

Your Role

- Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of industrial gearboxes, couplings, and lubrication systems
- Conduct on-site supervision and technical inspections of gear systems – including competitor equipment
- Support with aftermarket services , including parts replacement, upgrades, and retrofits




- Prepare detailed technical service reports
- Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer policies, and export control standards

What You Bring

- Professional fluency in Spanish and English
- Proven field experience in the cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors
- Strong technical knowledge of gear systems , couplings, and drive solutions (training at the beginning of employment)
- Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis (Europe, Latin America, and beyond)
- Structured and safety-conscious approach to field service and inspections

Nice to Have

- Experience working with OEMs or maintenance contractors in the field
- Understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and lubrication systems
- Strong reporting and communication skills
