**Field Service Technician (M/F/d)**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Conduct installation and retrofit assignments with subsequent commissioning at customer locations
- Customize and further develop our plant software on-site and at the factory
- Advise,



instruct, and train customers on-site
- Create computer-supported reports for assembly and service activities
- Perform remote service activities for our customers

**Your Qualifications**:

- Completed training as an automation specialist in machinery and plant engineering, electronics technician, automation technology, or equivalent
- Ideally, experience in technical customer service
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Good English language skills
- Valid driver’s licens
- Strong service orientation, enjoyment of customer contact, and willingness to learn
- IT affinity, knowledge of MS Office, PLC programming
- Team player attitude
