About the Role

Mission of the position: Provide remote or on-site assistance to customers in case of breakdowns.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical/electrical breakdowns on installed machines using test instruments and customer descriptions.
2. Prepare service reports, time sheets, and expense reports accurately and promptly.
3. Perform updates, preventive, and corrective maintenance at customer sites. Participate in SAT following upgrades, modifications, or maintenance plans.
4. Support customer technical issues remotely when not traveling.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Experience in mechanics and electronics.
• Basic knowledge of electronic programming.
• 2-3 years of experience with packaging machines; experience with Flexible Pouching machinery is highly valued.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to travel.
