Position Reporting To

Workshop Manager

Role and Responsibilities

• Under the supervision of the Service Workshop Manager and the daily guidance of the Team Lead, repair a variety of breakers and subassemblies, ensuring cost-effective problem resolution.
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality and reliability issues following company policies and procedures.
• Perform workshop tasks such as troubleshooting, repair, assembly, and testing.
• Execute workshop orders according to processes and guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with urgency and care within your area of responsibility.

Materials and Supplies

• Review bill of materials and other documents to identify required parts.
• Ensure availability of all materials, parts, and equipment needed for service activities.

Documentation and Reporting

• Complete, process, and maintain all required documentation.
• Proactively execute work with a first-time right approach, ensuring timely and quality outcomes.
• Identify improvement opportunities, communicate them proactively, and drive small improvement actions.

Health, Safety, and Integrity

• Follow safety rules and environmental responsibilities.
• Report unsafe practices and incidents.

Qualifications for the Role

• Intermediate or higher vocational training in electricity, electronics, electromechanics, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience as an electrical technician.
