A leading automation company is seeking a Start-up Technician in Mataró to ensure proper setup and commission of equipment globally. Candidates should have a Mechanical or Automation degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in the packaging machinery sector, with strong skills in teamwork and mechanical adjustments.

Formación

• Minimum 4 years in start-up of packaging machinery, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Knowledge of validation processes: VIT, FAT, SAT, IQ/OQ.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, adjust, and commission equipment in the workshop and at clients' facilities.
• Test operation of all machine stations.
• Execute VIT with the QA team.

Job Description

ATS Scientific Products i-Dositecno, an ATS Company, is searching for a Start-up Technician to join our growing team in Mataró (Barcelona)!

Main Objectives:

• Set up, adjust, and commission equipment in the workshop and at the client's facilities worldwide.
• Ensure that the assigned machines meet the correct operating specifications following the established planning phases to ensure project deliveries.

Main tasks to perform:

• Adjust formats at the operating level
• Test operation of all machine stations
• Electronically adjust recipes and equipment operating parameters
• Test all formats
• Execute VIT (Verification Internal Test) with the QA team
• Perform FAT with the client
• Maintain order in the work area
• Detect and record incidents
• Update the "Punch list" with deviations

Dependency: Directly reports to the start-up department.

Training requirements: Mechanical or Automation degree

Professional experience: Minimum 4 years in start-up of packaging machinery, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector

Skills and specific knowledge:

• Valuable English and other languages
• Ability to work autonomously in defined tasks
