This dynamic role combines technical expertise with customer engagement and requires international travel. Formación

• Proven field experience in cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
• Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis.
• Strong reporting and communication skills are valuable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of industrial gearboxes.
• Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports.

Location : Based in Spain (ideally Madrid, remote work possible) | International travel required

We are looking for a Field Service Technician to independently carry out on-site inspections of gear systems used in the cement and mining industries. This is a dynamic role combining technical expertise, customer engagement, and international field service work.

Your Role

1. Perform installation, inspection, troubleshooting, and overhaul of industrial gearboxes, couplings, and lubrication systems.
2. Conduct on-site supervision and technical inspections of gear systems – including competitor equipment.
3. Support with aftermarket services, including parts replacement, upgrades, and retrofits.
4. Prepare detailed technical service reports.
5. Deliver customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer policies, and export control standards.

What You Bring

1. Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
2. Proven field experience in the cement, mining, or heavy industrial sectors.
3. Strong technical knowledge of gear systems, couplings, and drive solutions (training provided at the beginning of employment).
4. Willingness to travel internationally on a frequent basis (Europe, Latin America, and beyond).
5. Structured and safety-conscious approach to field service and inspections.

Nice to Have

1. Experience working with OEMs or maintenance contractors in the field.
2. Understanding of predictive maintenance techniques and lubrication systems.
3. Strong reporting and communication skills.
