Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient performance of services delivered to our customers globally
• Supervising installation, testing, commissioning, and training activities as needed
• Performing emergency site interventions
• Making repairs on-site or at Sécheron's facilities
• Conducting audits and maintenance jobs
• Preparing technical reports

Support to Sales and Contract Execution

• Assisting Sales Engineers with substation surveys and site access permissions
• Identifying new business opportunities such as spare parts, repairs, on-site services, modernization, retrofits, training, and maintenance contracts

Logistics and Stock Management

• Supporting spare parts and tools stock management
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Technician, or related field
• Electrical hazards and safety training; Maintenance; Protections and control of electrical equipment
• Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, ideally with DC traction substations
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are a plus
• Willing to travel extensively (up to 80%)
