Head (m / f / d) IT Support

Field of activity

• Management and further development of the support team, divided into hotline, service desk, and client hardware
• Expansion and automation of the ITSM platform and associated development and introduction of the associated processes
• Introduction, compliance, analysis, and reporting of defined KPIs
• Responsibility for global user IT support
• Building, developing, and implementing AI solutions to increase efficiency in IT support
• Continuous development of own skills and active pursuit of new technologies

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in the field of economics, computer science, technical training, or a comparable qualification
• Professional and management experience in the IT environment as well as experience in IT project management
• ITIL Foundation (V3 or higher) certification or further certifications in the area of service management
• Confident, confident appearance paired with strong communication skills and a pronounced customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
