An innovative electronics solutions provider is seeking a Technical Expert to enhance its product offerings and support sales efforts. This role involves developing strategies, providing technical support to clients, and attending meetings to present solutions. Ideal candidates will have a relevant degree and experience in the field, along with strong customer service and communication skills. Accessibility for travel within the Iberian Peninsula is also expected.

Formación

• 3 years of experience as a Technical Expert or in a similar technical role preferred.
• Minimum English level of B2, both written and spoken.
• Experience in surface treatment and physicochemical processes for recycling plastic materials is desirable.

Who are we looking for?

As a Technical Expert, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to promote our product range.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting sales managers and customers with new processes or technical issues
• Maintaining close relationships with current and potential clients by providing personalized support and technical expertise
• Representing the company at business meetings and giving technical presentations both internally and at customer sites
• Monitoring technology and competitors
• Studying the market to anticipate trends
• Regular travel within the Iberian Peninsula is expected

Who are You?

Ideally, you should have :

• A university degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, or a similar field
• 3 years of experience (preferred) as a Technical Expert or in a similar technical role
• Experience in surface treatment
• Knowledge or experience in physicochemical processes for recycling plastic materials (PET) is desirable
• Minimum English level of B2, both written and spoken
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
