Formación

• 2-4 years of related work experience in the hospital environment.

We are looking for a Service Engineer, ideally based in Madrid, to provide service for our GeneXpert systems to our customer's install base in Madrid and northwest Spain and punctually in overall Spain..

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Provide preventive and corrective maintenance on diagnostic instruments
• Ensure customer installations and training.
• Perform routine standard procedures to isolate and resolve issues related to defective equipment or software.
• Work closely with the Technical Support team to handle customer complaints to determine corrective actions and follow-up.
• Documente and report to Technical Support any "design reliability" and "maintenance" issues and/or issues related to the company's products.
• Work closely with Field application specialist and Territory manager to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
  
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High School degree in scientist or technical domain with 2-4 years of related work experience and knowledge of the hospital environment, molecular biology
• Sense of customer relationship
• Valid driver's license
• Autonomy, rigor and flexibility
