Formación

All resources and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' sites or properties are included. These activities contribute to maintaining, repairing, and refurbishing sold or existing products. This encompasses all types of maintenance services (preventive and remedial), managing maintenance facilities, and field services engineering. You will be accountable for the quality of your own work, executing tasks under direct supervision, following prescribed work instructions and systems checks within a well-defined operational framework. Tasks are generally step-by-step standard procedures to achieve the desired end result.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain all models specific to a modality in the assigned area.
  2. Perform comprehensive system-level troubleshooting on complex multisymptom problems.
  3. Communicate clearly with end users and department managers regarding equipment status to maintain customer satisfaction.
  4. Assist in account sales visits, help train others where necessary, and identify sales opportunities to communicate to the account team.
  5. Support the growth and strategic direction of the business within the geographic area.
  6. Responsible for warranty and PMS contract cost control.
  7. Complete all administrative tasks promptly, including FMI and PMS inspections documentation for assigned accounts.
  8. Lead in complex and multifunctional room setups.
  9. Share best practices.
  10. Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standards, according to the GE Service Quality Policy.
Required Qualifications
  1. A diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Electronics, Electromechanics, Biomedical Engineering Technology, or substantial experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  2. Experience in electromedicine or imaging within the healthcare sector.
  3. Strong technical skills with a systematic, thorough approach to problem solving.
  4. Ability to plan and organize work effectively with minimal supervision.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills; tactful handling of differing opinions; influential rather than directive communication.
  6. Proficiency in English to effectively participate in training and communicate fluently.
Desired Characteristics
  1. Ability to manage other people and resources.
  2. Strong business acumen, with a good understanding of factors influencing customer behavior.
