As a member of the Sales Team in

viva.Com, you will provide first-class face-to-face service in the field, aligned with customer needs and acting as a trusted partner in the designated geographical region. You could be based anywhere in the Barcelona area and will help expand our client base from there. As a Field Sales Executive, your responsibilities include:

  • Following up on scheduled appointments, evaluating existing data about prospects, building rapport, and validating their needs through in-person visits. Maximize reach by obtaining referrals from existing clients.
  • Delivering compelling presentations of products/services, leveraging your understanding of the market and product features/advantages.
  • Closing sales for group products/services.
  • Scheduling installations of card terminals at client premises.
  • Updating customer data and relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Providing feedback on contact center appointment quality.
  • Collaborating with your area manager to resolve issues and achieve sales targets.
  • Participating in relevant training sessions.
  • Promoting team spirit and learning from colleagues.
  • Maintaining a strong market presence and positive image of viva.Com offers.
  • Serving as the first contact point between clients and internal departments.

Retain as many customers as possible by preventing migration to competitors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of digital and e-commerce sales experience, with a proven track record in acquiring e-commerce and online merchants.
  • Deep understanding of retail, hospitality, freelancers, and card terminal users.
  • Knowledge of financial products/services features and advantages.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills.
  • Resilience and objection-handling abilities.
  • Motivation to succeed both personally and financially.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Full, clean driving license.

Languages: Excellent command of Spanish and English.

Desirable:

  • Previous sales experience in Payment Services or Card Terminals industry.
  • Ability to understand, demonstrate, and communicate web-based software products.
