Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Support Specialist for the Canary Islands, Spain. This field-based position supports joint replacement procedures, including MAKO robotic surgery, and coordinates training with the local sales team to ensure superior service to clinicians.

The role involves travel (about 50%), training, and close collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain high customer satisfaction and ethical conduct in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences or medical certification (e.g., CST, PT, CPT).
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (C1).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Preferred: operating room experience; product/clinical specialist background; master's degree; clinical training experience.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base in theatre and clinical environments.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Training theatre and HCP staff on Stryker products.
• Collaborating with Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class service.
• Auditing stock and managing inventory and asset control.
• Understanding clinical applications to offer optimal solutions.
• Conducting product trials and evaluations as needed.
• Organizing and delivering training workshops for customers.
