Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Product Support Specialist for Joint Replacement in Madrid. You will directly support all Stryker products related to Joint Replacement, including MAKO robotic procedures.

You will train theatre staff and collaborate with the regional sales team to coordinate training and events, ensuring top-tier service and outcomes. Key duties include servicing customers in theatre and clinical settings, auditing stock, implementing training, and contributing to local strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences or Medical Certification (i.e. CST, PT, CPT).
• Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level is required.
• Valid EU driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Servicing existing and new customer base within the theatre and clinical environment.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures, and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Providing theatre and wider HCP staff with training on Stryker products.
• Collaborating with Regional Sales Manager to ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Auditing theatre Stryker stock and managing consignment inventory.
• Understanding clinical applications to offer best solutions.
• Conducting trials/evaluations of products in theatre and clinical environments as required.
• Organizing training workshops and events for a broad customer group.
• Communicating features and benefits of products and their clinical applications.
