Stryker in Madrid is seeking a Product Support Specialist for Joint Replacement. You will service clinical customers, support MAKO robotic and manual surgeries, and train theatre staff on Stryker products in a 100% field-based role with ~80% travel within Spain.

Minimum 2 years in healthcare as a product/clinical specialist, with OR experience and fluency in Spanish and English. A valid EU driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biomedical engineering, medical technology, health sciences or medical certification (CST/PT/CPT).
• Minimum 2 years as Product/Clinical Specialist or Biomedical engineer in healthcare.
• Operating room experience preferred.
• Native Spanish and fluent English (C1).
• Valid EU driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Servicing existing and new customer base in theatre and clinical environments.
• Support MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Provide theatre staff with training on Stryker products.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to ensure top service levels.
• Audit theatre stock, manage consignment inventory and asset management.
• Understand clinical applications to offer best solutions and conduct product trials.
