A leading company is seeking a QA Manager to oversee the Quality Installation team and ensure high standards across multiple regions, including Spain and further afield. This role focuses on team leadership, quality monitoring, and supporting product launches. Ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, and hold relevant educational qualifications.

Formación

  • More than 3 years of experience leading teams of 6-10 people.
  • Fluent in business English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies.

Are you looking for a new challenge?

From the Technology department, we have a temporary position as a QA Manager to lead main projects and coordinate the involved teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Quality Installation team within the Quality and Portfolio performance department.
  • Monitor the quality of new installations across all sales channels, improve performance metrics, and provide structured, regular feedback to installer managers.
  • Lead initiatives to improve installer performance and support them to ensure successful implementation.
  • Work closely with the Technology department to facilitate understanding of the installation process and continuously improve it.
  • Participate in the introduction of new products and services throughout the project lifecycle until transition to BAU.
  • Responsibilities are set for the Southern Platform (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, and Latam).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • Official degree; MBA is valued.
  • Fluent in business English, written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in installation or sales quality management roles.
  • More than 3 years of experience leading teams of 6-10 people.
  • Data and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Planning skills, high drive, initiative, and delivery focus.
  • High interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong MS Office skills, planning, and analytical tools.
  • Willing to travel abroad.
