From the Technology department, we have a temporary position as a QA Manager to lead main projects and coordinate the involved teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Quality Installation team within the Quality and Portfolio performance department.
- Monitor the quality of new installations across all sales channels, improve performance metrics, and provide structured, regular feedback to installer managers.
- Lead initiatives to improve installer performance and support them to ensure successful implementation.
- Work closely with the Technology department to facilitate understanding of the installation process and continuously improve it.
- Participate in the introduction of new products and services throughout the project lifecycle until transition to BAU.
- Responsibilities are set for the Southern Platform (Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, UK, and Latam).
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Official degree; MBA is valued.
- Fluent in business English, written and spoken.
- Previous experience in installation or sales quality management roles.
- More than 3 years of experience leading teams of 6-10 people.
- Data and detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Knowledge and experience with continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
- Planning skills, high drive, initiative, and delivery focus.
- High interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong MS Office skills, planning, and analytical tools.
- Willing to travel abroad.
