About the Role :

We are seeking a Partner Operations Specialist to lead our partner training and enablement initiatives. You will manage training programs, coordinate events, and act as a liaison for our Alliance teams and Solution Architects, focusing on program administration and stakeholder engagement to enhance partner experiences and achieve successful outcomes.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage theater training credits and vouchers, including reporting, utilization tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor voucher / credit utilization, provide insights to regional leaders, and follow up with Alliance managers on inactive partners.
  • Track regional spending patterns.
  • Oversee CrowdConnect partner training events, coordinating with Partner Marketing.
  • Manage partner training schedules and tracking with regional marketing teams.
  • Handle LMS (Docebo) non-self enrollment schedules for instructor-led courses, including logistics, setup, and reporting.
  • Analyze post-event survey responses at the theater level.
  • Lead Alliance field enablement programs, policies, processes, incentives, and tools (deal registration, partner portal, Crossbeam, etc.).
  • Host monthly updates and support field Alliance requests and escalations related to Partner Program Readiness and LMS.
  • Deliver new hire training on programs and processes (onboarding, sourcing, tagging, etc.).
  • Support change management within the field operations team.
  • Provide regular updates on partner experience, initiatives, incentives, and operations to theater Alliances and Solution Architects.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for theater Alliances and Solution Architects regarding Partner Program Readiness, initiatives, and LMS support.
  • Collaborate with theater leadership on LMS training event requirements.
  • Champion LMS implementation, managing instructor-led course scheduling and providing guidance to field teams.
  • Own new hire training documentation and orientation materials, including program overview and organizational structure.

Qualifications :

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in Partner / Channel Operations or Partner readiness / programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Self-motivated with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce (Tableau preferred).
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Curious mindset and commitment to improving partner and team experiences.
  • Strong task prioritization and optimization skills.
