ARRAY is seeking a Service Operations Specialist II to coordinate field operations for utility-scale solar projects, spanning installation, commissioning, warranty, and after-sales. You will manage daily site activities, lead commissioning work, and provide cross-functional support to Project Management, Field Operations, Warranty, and After Sales.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and professional English.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, advanced technical diploma, or equivalent qualification in electrical, mechanical, electromechanical, industrial automation, telecommunications, or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in field supervision, installation, commissioning, field operations, or industrial service environments.
• Experience coordinating daily site operations and technical interfaces among customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capability and ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and commissioning documentation.
• Professional English proficiency sufficient to lead technical discussions, training, reporting, and customer communication.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate daily site activities with customers, contractors, Project Management, and field resources.
• Monitor and support installation and commissioning progress against milestones; drive corrective actions.
• Lead site-readiness assessments, punch-list management, and technical handover preparation.
• Lead cold and hot commissioning activities and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Coordinate Level 2 warranty cases from assessment through resolution and closure.
• Develop procedures, work instructions, checklists, and field-quality controls.
• Provide day-to-day guidance to Specialist I personnel and field technicians.
