The opportunity and what we offer

Formalize is on a scaling journey with significant traction across Europe. As our new Marketing Manager, you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and tackle significant challenges to make a meaningful impact in the Marketing team. You’ll be our first Marketing colleague based in Madrid, where you’ll work closely with the Country Manager in our Madrid office.

Responsibilities

• Develop a Marketing and Communication strategy and plan for the Spanish market, based on the global guidelines and the Sales targets
• Organize physical and virtual events aligned with the overall brand activation strategy
• Manage collaborations with associations and partners that align with the overall brand activation strategy
• Develop e-mail marketing campaigns linked to events and manage the database
• Production/translation/localization of marketing materials (i.e brochures, flyers, case studies, newsletters, social media posts)
• Assist in the activation of larger global campaigns and initiatives
• Reporting activities

Qualifications and about you

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar Marketing position in a B2B company
• Experience in working within Marketing supporting a Sales organization
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
• An innovative, responsible and proactive mindset
• Able to work 40 hours a week at our Madrid office
• Native Spanish and professional fluency in English
