A growing fintech company is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to expand their presence in Spain. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, localising strategies, and building partnerships. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of B2B2C marketing experience and be fluent in Spanish and English. This is a remote position with competitive compensation of €40,000–€50,000.

Formación

Our client, a fast-scaling fintech company, is seeking a Field Marketing Executive to help expand their presence in Europe, with a focus on Spain. This role involves owning the Spanish marketing remit, localising global strategies, and executing B2B2C campaigns across the Spanish market.

The successful candidate will:

  1. Own the end-to-end execution of campaigns in Spain.
  2. Work remotely with support from the broader marketing team.
  3. Build commercial partnerships and drive performance across multiple touchpoints.
  4. Localise and deploy global marketing strategies for the Iberian audience.
  5. Own reporting and performance insights for regional activities.
