Stryker is seeking a Product Support Specialist – Joint Replacement to be based in Burgos, Iberia. You will service MAKO robotic and manual joint replacement procedures, train theatre staff, and collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain best-in-class service.

The role requires a biomedical/health sciences background, at least 2 years in healthcare, native Spanish and strong English, and 40% travel in Iberia.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or medical certification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in healthcare.
• Native Spanish and advanced English (C1).
• Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, ideally joint replacement.
• Valid EU driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Servicing existing and new customer base within theatre and clinical settings.
• Providing support for MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacement surgeries.
• Training theatre and HCP staff on Stryker products.
• Collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to maintain best-in-class service.
• Auditing stock and managing consignment inventory and assets.
• Conducting product trials and evaluations in theatre and clinical environments.
• Organizing and delivering training workshops and events for customers.
• Communicating product features and clinical applications to customers.
• Maintaining ethics, integrity and timely delivery of commitments.
• Identifying customer needs and introducing new Stryker products.
