Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in the Greater Madrid Metropolitan Area. The Field Application Engineer for DJI Enterprise at MCR INFOELECTRONIC S.L. will be :

1. Responsible for providing technical training for resellers to make sure they understand the key features / advantages of the latest DJI Enterprise surveying solutions, and the major use cases and workflow of drones in geospatial applications.

2. Develop and maintain relationship with key end users and eco-system partners, providing technical support to them and conducting new product beta testing with them. Collect outstanding feature requests from the market.

3. Create case studies of drone applications in different vertical industries for DJI new products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above, preferably have work experience in the surveying / geospatial industry. Have a good understanding of the surveying workflow / requirements.
• Excellent documentation skills, communication skills and technical understanding, able to compose and present in-depth solution slides, and deliver training to resellers.
• Strong sense of cooperation and self-driven ability.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
