A leading technology company is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide pre- and post-sales support for wireless modules. Ideal candidates will have experience in embedded software and IoT applications, along with strong programming skills in C/C++. This role involves customer training and hands-on support, requiring travel for on-site engagements.

Formación

• Experience in embedded software design.
• Hands-on experience with cellular and wireless modules.
• Familiarity with USB drivers and TCP/IP processing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support for Quectel's entire product portfolio.
• Conduct customer training and prepare technical reports.
• Develop demo applications for customer evaluation.

Descripción del empleo

• Provide technical support for Quectel's entire product portfolios, including 5G, LTE / LTE-A, UMTS / HSPA, GSM / GPRS and GNSS wireless technologies.
• Provide Pre-Sales and Post-Sales technical support and customer trainings on Quectel wireless modules and development tools.
• Provide quick responses to customer technical enquiries, being prepared to travel for on-site support.
• Be able to give product presentations and conduct product and tool training for customers on-site.
• Provide tangible feedback and feasible Quectel solutions to customers, according to their applications.
• Develop demo applications to help customers evaluate and integrate Quectel modules in an easier and more effective way.
• Prepare weekly technical reports indicating the support activities and open issues’ progress.

Job requirements :

1.Experience in embedded software design (hardware design experience is good to have). 2.Experience in IoT applications and protocols such as MQTT, CoAP etc.

3.Experience working with cellular modules and wireless modules like WIFI / BT. (hands-on experience)

4.Familiar with USB driver, AT commands, SMS, Voice, TCP / IP processing etc.

5.Experience in developing applications and firmware in C / C++ on Linux and RTOS embedded systems

6.Familiar with 5G, LTE, LPWA technologies(good to have).
