Orbio AI is seeking a field-ready engineer to act as the technical bridge between Orbio and customers, ensuring AI systems deliver real outcomes from day one. You will configure and extend AI deployments, translate customer workflows into technical deployments, and own the deployment lifecycle with a focus on speed to value.

You will work directly with customer teams, partnering with Deployment Strategists to produce measurable impact and reusable modules for future deployments.

Formación

• Experience designing and deploying production AI systems.
• Ability to translate customer workflows into technical deployments.
• Strong ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments.
• Comfort working directly with customers as a technical advisor.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with ability to communicate across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the technical bridge between Orbio and customers, ensuring AI systems deliver tangible outcomes from day one.
• Configure and extend Orbio’s AI systems to drive faster time-to-value in real enterprise environments.
• Operate as an engineer in the field: builder, problem-solver, and trusted technical advisor accountable for results.
• Contribute to Product Engineering by turning field insights into scalable improvements for all customers.
• Own the technical deployment lifecycle with a focus on reducing time from sale to value.
