What You'll Be Doing

As a key part of our Talent Acquisition team, you'll help us find the next generation of style-savvy, brand-building game-changers.

You will :

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process (interviews, assessments, onboarding)
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communication with project managers
• Prepare and share candidate summaries with hiring stakeholders
• Guide candidates through feedback, offers, and onboarding
• Ensure a seamless new hire experience, from documents to first-day readiness
• Maintain and update candidate data in HR systems

What We're Looking For

You're the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment. You're curious, organized, and genuinely excited to connect great talent with exciting opportunities.

Here's what will help you shine :

• Fluent or bilingual in English and proficient in Spanish another language is a Plus!
• Strong MS Office skills (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Previous experience in HR or recruitment - especially in a multinational or fashion-related setting - is a plus but not needed!
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines with a smile
• Love for fashion!

What You'll Get

• Permanent full-time contract (39 hrs / week, Mon-Fri 9 : 00-18 : 00)
• Competitive salary : 19k to 21k Euros gross / year (OTE)
• Hybrid work model : 2 days in our vibrant Barcelona office, 3 days remote
