Job summary

Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (Polish-speaking) for an on-site role. You will handle customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, log details in the system, and resolve issues within SLA while maintaining product knowledge for the client.

A strong Polish-English skill set and customer care mindset are required. The position offers full-time hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–18:00) with a permanent contract and a base salary of 18,978

Responsibilities

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, chats, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Escalate potential service issues initially with Mentor.
• To follow all the processes and procedures of the project.
• Understand and comply with administrative duties

Your qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in Polish with an advanced level of English
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalated call to resolution
• Have Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications such as Windows/MS Office
• It will be a plus if you have:
  • Sales experience
