Concentrix in Spain is seeking a Fashion Support Consultant (German-speaking) to deliver high-quality customer service remotely. You will handle inquiries via multiple channels, log interactions, and resolve or escalate issues according to SLAs.

The role requires German language proficiency with strong English, solid IT platform knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time remote position in Spain with training and career development opportunities.

Formación

What You Will Do in This Role

• Handle incoming customer interactions via phone, email, and other channels, ensuring a high-quality service experience
• Accurately log all interactions and provide timely solutions in line with service level agreements (SLAs)
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and systems
• Identify and escalateg complex cases when needed to ensure effective resolution

Your Qualifications
