Concentrix is hiring a Fashion Support Consultant in Barcelona (on-site). You will handle customer contacts via phone, email, chat, or alerts, providing timely resolutions and maintaining product knowledge.

The role is full-time with a rotative schedule and a central Barcelona location. Training is provided, with career development opportunities within a global technology and services leader.

Formación

• German and English proficiency required.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to listen to and resolve customer inquiries effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Handle incoming customer contacts via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts and solve users’ demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained.

What you will do in this role

• Handle incoming customers contacts (via telephone, email, chat or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers
• Ensure contractual SLA is maintained

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient or bilingual in German and advanced in English
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution

It will be a plus if you have:

• Working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration
