Job summary

Sezane in Madrid is seeking a Sales Assistant (M/F) on a part-time contract (10-16H), starting asap, fixed-term until early January 2027. Reporting to Store Director, you will deliver a unique customer experience and embody the brand.

Candidates with ready-to-wear, hospitality or sales experience, strong service sense and energy are encouraged. The role focuses on brand presentation, in-store merchandising and omnichannel customer care.

Qualifications

• Experience in ready-to-wear, hospitality, or sales, or passion for customer relations.
• Strong sense of service, presentation, and fashion sensitivity.
• Team spirit with desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, proactive, and not bored by variety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a unique customer experience by prioritizing the client and ensuring quality service.
• Present Sezane brands and products with impeccable grooming and styling.
• Welcome customers with generosity and empathy to enhance their shopping experience.
• Introduce the brand, its universes, and omnichannel approach (apartment and web).
• Support store operations, merchandising, inventory, and CSR policy.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain store image and standards.
