Facility Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility Manager to join our team in Torrevieja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained, contributing to a productive work environment.

About Us

We are an Emergency Assistance Centre for a Scandinavian insurance company, operating in shifts. The role requires interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and nationalities, working at different times of the day, 365 days a year.

What We Offer

Immediate start and permanent contract.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00 (flexibility possible by agreement).

Key Responsibilities

Facility Operations & Maintenance

Oversee daily facility operations, conduct inspections, coordinate maintenance, and enforce policies to ensure a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

Health, Safety & Business Continuity

Make sure we follow health, safety, and environmental rules, set up safety procedures, train staff, and help with business continuity planning.

Budget & Financial Management

Prepare and manage facility budgets, track spending, and give regular financial updates to senior management.

Space & Office Management

Plan and manage office moves, renovations, and space use, working with Operations to make the best use of workspace.

Qualifications

  • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • 3–5 years of experience in facility or administrative management.
  • Proven experience in budget planning and financial reporting.

We are looking for a proactive, autonomous, and structured individual to join our team. Relevant experience may compensate for the lack of a formal degree.
