Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment.
• Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the overall maintenance of the industrial facility.
• Manage HVAC systems in critical areas, including paint shops.
• Ensure proper operation and monitoring of pressure lines and auxiliary systems.
• Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations, leading improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment. Desirable: Aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for paint shops and pressure lines.
• Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.
• Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
