Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day facility operations across multiple sites.
  • Develop and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Prepare and control facility budgets, cost reports, and expense optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Lead renovation projects, equipment upgrades, and space planning.
  • Establish policies and procedures to improve facility efficiency.
  • Supervise, support, and develop facility staff.
  • Act as the primary contact for all facility-related issues and emergencies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in facility management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Solid knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience with budgeting and vendor management.
  • Familiarity with facility or project management software (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
