The technician will perform maintenance and repairs across various client sites, focusing on air conditioning and industrial refrigeration systems. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a valid driving license along with RITE certification. The position offers full-time hours with a competitive salary.

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

• COMSA Service is seeking a 1st Class Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance across client facilities in senior residential, office, and commercial buildings. The role is itinerant, requiring mobility between centers in Bizkaia, Asturias, and Cantabria, with occasional on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on air conditioning systems, industrial refrigeration, and boilers.
• Work across multiple client centers, ensuring timely and quality service delivery.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and report issues to supervisors.
• Comply with safety standards and regulations, including handling of refrigerants.
• Participate in on-call rotations as scheduled (every 7 weeks).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and technical upgrades on client equipment.

Must-Have Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a 1st Class Officer in air conditioning and industrial refrigeration maintenance.
• Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance in commercial, industrial, or senior residential facilities.
• Valid driving license.
• RITE certification and handling of fluorinated gases.
• Ability and willingness to work on the move between client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with traveling equipment and multi-site service operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills for interacting with clients and maintenance teams.
