Formación

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en coordinación de instalaciones o gestión de oficinas.
  • Conocimiento técnico de sistemas de edificios y procesos de mantenimiento.

  • Coordinar proveedores de servicios y gestionar el presupuesto de mantenimiento.

Role & Team - Facility Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to oversee the coordination and supervision of facility installations and daily maintenance tasks for our coliving and short-stay properties. This role includes managing maintenance activities, coordinating service providers, and supporting the Operations and Customer Care departments to ensure seamless property management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building Maintenance & Operations – Ensure properties remain in optimal condition by supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance.
  • Staff Management – Plan, coordinate, and assign tasks to internal and external technicians, considering technical complexity, affected facilities, resolution timelines, and task prioritization.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Workplace Safety – Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, including licenses and certifications. Conduct regular inspections and implement improvements.
  • Vendor Management – Coordinate and oversee service providers to ensure high-quality service. Support the department head in negotiation and contracting processes.
  • Budget Control – Assist in budget planning and monitor expenses related to property management.
  • Emergency Management – Serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related emergencies and coordinate appropriate response actions.

Required Skills

  • Education – Degree in Facility Management, Asset Management, or a related field.
  • Experience – Minimum 2 years of experience in facility coordination, office management, or a similar role.
  • Technical Knowledge – Strong familiarity with building and apartment systems, maintenance processes, and relevant regulations.
  • Languages – Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

  • Working hours are 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
