We’re looking for our next Facilities Maintenance Supervisor and to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of our European clinics.

This position will focus on auditing facilities, overseeing the maintenance of medical and infrastructure equipment, and implementing corrective and preventive action plans. Additionally, it will focus on optimizing costs and managing supplier relationships to maintain the highest standards across our clinics.

This position includes travel :

20-30% of the time across clinics in Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, the UK, Italy, the Netherlands, and Sweden.

What You’ll Do

  • Clinic Audits (25%) :

Assess cleanliness, general state of facilities, condition of medical equipment, stock inventory, material expiry dates, and revision schedules.

Collaborate with internal teams (Capex, clinic consumables) to create and implement strategies addressing issues identified during audits.

  • Corrective Maintenance (50%) :

Prioritize clinic maintenance requests, source suppliers, negotiate prices, and implement corrective actions. Maintain and expand a validated list of repair providers.

  • Preventive Maintenance (10%) :

Work with the Senior Procurement Manager to design and implement a preventive maintenance calendar for clinics and medical equipment.

  • Cost Monitoring (5%) :

Manage a database of yearly expenditures by clinic and location, analyzing costs and deviations.

  • Training & Best Practices :

Prepare and deliver comprehensive training to clinic teams on maintenance processes, equipment care procedures, and routines. Share best practices to promote consistency, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 3 years in project management;

maintenance experience is required.

  • 2-3 years of relevant studies (operations management, etc.).
  • Availability to travel around Europe.
  • Experience in European project management, budgeting, and analytics.
  • Experience in Auditing, supplier management, and cost analysis.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, other languages a plus.
