At Grifols Engineering, we are looking for a Facilities Engineer to collaborate in the design, planning, coordination, and control of the execution of engineering projects for the company's facilities.

What your responsibilities will be

1. You will design, plan, coordinate, and control the execution of complex engineering projects.
2. You will execute civil works projects, Utilities, HVAC, clean rooms, electricity, firefighting, and energies.
3. Hold meetings with clients to define and unify criteria and requirements that delimit the scope of the projects.
4. Negotiate offers with suppliers, manage contracts and orders.
5. Coordinate construction teams, both subcontracted and internal.
6. Monitor construction and installations.
7. Perform calculations and sizing of installations.
8. Supervise and control the quality, budget, and scheduling of the projects.
9. You write reports, manuals, and technical engineering documents.
10. You will request, analyze, and file all necessary documentation from the project stakeholders.
11. You will identify, calculate, and update all parameters related to the prepared reports.
12. You will create technical reports to specify the parameters and functional tests of the developed facilities.

1. You have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
2. You have significant experience in the execution and supervision of construction or remodeling projects.
3. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously will be valued.
4. You possess an advanced level of English (C1.1).
5. Availability to travel occasionally, depending on the project.
6. You are a proactive and dynamic person.
