A leading company is seeking a confident and reliable Personal Assistant to support senior family members in a family office. The role includes diary management, travel bookings, and general administration tasks. Formación

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a confident and reliable PA to join a lovely single-family office in the West End! The successful candidate will support a group of senior family members with a wide variety of tasks as well as assisting the wider office with various dynamic duties.   • Planning events
  • General office administration
  • Meeting and greeting office guests

Who you are :

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience working in either a family office, financial services, or legal environment.
  • You will possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hold advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to demonstrate flexibility and proactivity.
