A leading family office in the West End is seeking a reliable Personal Assistant to support senior family members and the wider team. This role involves diary management, travel bookings, event planning, and general administration. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills and a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar setting.

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a confident and reliable PA to join a lovely single-family office in the West End! The successful candidate will support a group of senior family members with a wide variety of tasks as well as assisting the wider office with various dynamic duties. What you will do :

  • Diligent diary management
  • Booking travel, reservations, medical appointments, etc.
  • Planning events
  • General office administration
  • Meeting and greeting office guests

Who you are :

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience working in either a family office, financial services, or legal environment.
  • You will possess strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Hold advanced PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
  • The successful candidate will be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to demonstrate flexibility and proactivity.
