Your daily tasks will entail:
- Finding and introduction of system of household tasks/works;
- Management and maintenance of buildings and premises of the company in adequate technical condition, which may involve organisation of repair works, coordination of budgets and other similar tasks;
- Regular technical and visual control of the condition of ventilation, electricity and heating systems, and fire safety of buildings and premises of the company;
- Organisation of maintenance, technical inspection, preparation for summer and winter seasons, and necessary repair works of cars of the company;
- To ensure preparation of work places for the new employees of the company (ordering of tables, chairs, lamps, organisation of electricity supply etc.);
- To acquire the qualification of labour protection specialist and ensure full process of labour protection (briefing, risk assessment, training, evacuation plans etc.) in the production facility;
- To ensure efficient waste management and organise economic process of management of costs;
- To become acquainted with basic information on the specifics of production equipment to be able to plan their connection, installation, and repairs;
- To ensure the regular physical security of buildings (security staff, territory, surveillance cameras, etc.);
- Ensuring energy efficiency;
- To coordinate and conduct regular analyses of costs, as well as price quotes in order to assess the most favorable, economic, and suitable external service for the company's needs (cleaners, catering, fire safety training, janitors, and other external services and suppliers);
- To have regular contact with the company manager, and production manager to identify needs, plan, and implement them in a timely manner;
- To establish and maintain in operative order checklists of activities, control files for regular operations and activities;
- To ensure timely submission of accounting documents;
- Perform other duties as defined by direct manager.
- Ensure internal monitoring of the work environment, including assessment of work environment risks for Printful employees and workplaces (so-called remote workplaces);
- Conduct briefings - introductory briefing; annual briefing; special additional briefings in the production facility as necessary, when there are changes, for example, night work, the Covid-19 situation, etc.
- Develop presentations, and training programs and organize training in labor protection in the company;
- Keep track of briefing logs, etc. for registration systems (correctly completed and signed);
- Updating and placement of informative materials (for example - hot equipment, dust, etc.);
- Involvement in the implementation of the payment process for vision correction products;
- Organization and publication of translation of labor protection materials;
- Cooperation with the competent institution in labor and fire safety issues;
- Cooperation with the team, heads of departments in matters of labor protection, providing consultations, support;
- If necessary, communication with the supervisory institutions on labor protection issues;
- Investigation of workplace accidents and preparation of necessary documentation;
- To maintain labor protection as a part of everyday culture - health and a healthy working environment.
- Participate with proposals for improving the work organization.
- Observe the rules of work safety, fire safety and internal order.
What we expect from you:
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management
- Familiarity with office equipment and security systems
- Flexibility to work in any of our workplaces depending on the need (Sant Climent or Barcelona)
- Understanding of safety regulations
- Knowledge of building maintenance
- Excellent Spanish and English skills
