What you'll handle

As a Data Analyst at Blixx Gaming, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the optimization of performance metrics across the entire customer experience journey. Collaborating closely with stakeholders in product, fraud and risk, CRM, promotions, and gaming operations, you will play a key role in supporting strategy and driving commercial growth. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you'll need to have:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst in a dynamic and data-driven environment.
• Proficiency in extracting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Experience working with stakeholders across various departments, such as product, fraud and risk, CRM, promotions, and gaming operations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with the online casino or gaming industry is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
