A leading eHealth marketplace is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy and operations. With a hybrid work model, you will own the finance department and drive compliance and data-driven decision-making. Ideal candidates will have 3-4 years of experience in finance, strong reporting skills, and an understanding of local tax standards. This role offers free health insurance and the option to work remotely outside of Spain.

In 2021, the American Company RealSelf, bought YNS within their geographical expansion plan. RealSelf has its headquarters in NY and operates in the US, Canada, Australia and UK with the same business model as YNS.As a group, we are the leader marketplace in the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry. We are transforming the Company, going from a SEO oriented marketplace to a social media and user centric one. We are currently working on passionate projects on Product&Tech;, MKT, Sales & Operations, to grow sales x3 in 5 years in a scalable and profitable way.We are a talented team leading the content in the aesthetics industry (that grows a 200% triennial). With very experienced C-Level leadership (CEO/GM and COO), we’re looking for a Head of Finance with strong Financial knowledge to lead our financial strategy and support legal structuring. You’ll take full ownership of the finance department, redesign and improve internal processes, ensure compliance with accounting and tax obligations, and support data-driven decision-making across the company. Finance Leadership & StrategyLead, structure, and grow the finance team.Own short- and long-term financial planning, including annual budgets, forecasts, and scenario modeling.Process & Control OptimizationDesign and implement scalable finance and administrative processes.Improve workflows across payables, receivables, procurement, payroll, and treasury.Define and maintain internal controls and risk management procedures.#Develop dashboards and reports to track company performance against KPIs.#Accounting & Compliance
Coordinate with external accountants and advisors for accurate bookkeeping, tax filings, and audit preparation.
Review and validate financial statements, tax declarations, and compliance documentation.
Non-Dilutive Financing Strategy
Lead efforts to explore and secure non-dilutive financing options, including banking relationships, government grants, venture debt, revenue-based financing, and other alternative capital sources.
Prepare financial materials, projections, and analysis to support credit applications and funding evaluations.
Manage relationships with lenders, institutions, and public/private programs focused on innovation and growth financing.

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a Financial Audit Company and/or and/or in startups, scaleups, or high-growth environments.
Strong background in FP&A, financial reporting, and accounting.
Proven experience in managing or setting up finance operations.
Knowledge of local tax and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, etc.).
Experience with Sage or similar ERP/accounting platforms is highly valued.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher is required.
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with BI tools is a plus.
A stable project with a permanent contract.
Hybrid format: 2 days in the office and 3 remotely.

Option to work remotely outside of Barcelona and/or outside of Spain for several weeks a year (Easter, Christmas, and summer).
