Here’s the lowdown on what your role will actually look like (spoiler alert: it’s awesome!) We are looking for an Accounts Payable Expert to join our Finance Team.

What you'll be rocking:

1. Invoice reception, registration and posting in SAP (including DUA and invoices posted via file).
2. Checking of invoices data and tax rules based on country of origin and destination.
3. Maintenance and reconciliation of vendor accounts.
4. Preparation of monthly reports of the area.
5. Contact person for internal and external requirements of the area.
6. Help in other requested tasks of the department.

What you bring to the table:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience as Accounts Payable clerk.
2. Mandatory SAP experience focused on Accounts Payable area.
3. Previous experience in pharmaceutical companies would be an asset.
4. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
5. Excellent computer skills, advanced in Excel.
6. Educational milestone: Preferably university degree in Economics.
7. Excellent level of English and Spanish, spoken and written.
