MEININGER Hotels Barcelona Fira Gran Via is looking for a supportive and hands-on F&B Leader to manage the Service & Bar departments and work closely with the Hotel Manager.

You will lead a team of around 10, ensure standards (HACCP), control costs, train staff, and collaborate with suppliers while delivering a welcoming guest experience.

This role requires 2+ years in F&B at a hotel/hostel, fluency in English and Spanish, and a passion for hospitality and team growth.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in F&B in hotel/hostel or HoReCa with a management role.
• Act as role model; enjoy shifts and guiding the team.
• Experience training and coaching in F&B.
• Keen eye for detail and process improvements.
• Confident with numbers and cash registers; Addipos or Sihot a plus.
• Solution‑oriented with entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable in a diverse, multicultural team with open communication.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the Hotel Manager and Assistant to ensure smooth F&B operations.
• Maintain internal/external standards and liaise with F&B suppliers.
• Oversee goods supply, stock, costs, and monthly inventories/P&L reporting.
• Implement, monitor, and improve MEININGER quality standards and HACCP compliance.
• Manage the F&B team; recruit with Hotel Manager; guide around 10 staff.
• Train and mentor the team to reach their full potential.
• Be flexible with shifts; cover weekends/holidays as required.
• Support other departments when needed.
