We are seeking a F&B Manager to lead the gastronomic management of a 4-star hotel, overseeing two restaurants and a lounge bar, as well as coordinating breakfasts and menus for groups and corporate clients, located in the historic center of Toledo.

  • Annual gross salary between 35,000 and 45,000 euros + variable based on experience

Responsibilities include:
  • Operational management of the hotel’s dining areas and breakfast services
  • Supervision of breakfasts and fixed menus for companies and groups
  • Preparation and control of budgets, income, and expenses of the department
  • Stock management, purchasing, supplier relations, and cost analysis
  • Team scheduling, training, and evaluation for kitchen and service staff
  • Coordination with reception, events, and management for groups and special services
  • Participation in menu development, wine list, and gastronomic proposals
  • Development of commercial actions to boost sales and enhance the F&B area’s positioning
  • Active involvement in the recruitment and hiring of new F&B staff
Minimum requirements:
  • Proven experience as F&B Manager in 4-star hotels
  • Education in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or similar
  • Availability to work weekends
  • English language skills
