Formación

As our Community Host, you’ll operate in all front-of-house areas, ensuring each guest has the best possible TSH experience. Whether providing a flawless welcome and check-in, delivering excellent service in our restaurant and bars, or engaging in conversations to make their stay truly unforgettable — you are at the forefront of our guest-facing operations. You know everything about our products and how to (cross-)sell these to our guests. It’s because of you that everyone who enters our Madrid location will become a raving fan of TSH instantly!

Known for being rule breakers in hospitality, TSH offers a fun, creative, and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn, play, and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer, we think, act, and look like a hotel, but offer much more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar, eat & drink escapes, community, and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, and Spain, with new openings on the way, our hybrid hospitality concept aims to expand globally.

What You’ll Do

1. Ensure everyone receives a warm welcome upon entry.
2. Assist guests at self-check-in kiosks (no reception desk).
3. Enhance your F&B skills by preparing and serving a variety of local dishes.
4. Mix delicious coffee as a barista and craft signature cocktails.
5. Act as a secret concierge, advising guests on local attractions, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas for the next shift.
7. Assist guests with requests regarding our facilities, potentially learning new tech skills along the way.

Who You Are

1. Flexible, proactive, motivated, and positive.
2. Highly dexterous and able to multitask efficiently.
3. Hospitality background, preferably in hotels.
4. Responsible and capable of handling stressful peak periods.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
6. Hardworking with a “let’s do this!” attitude.
7. European citizen or legally authorized to work in Spain.
